Production scheduler | Bit of Swiss
Bit of Swiss is a large regional baker from West Michigan. Every morning, they produce breads and pastries for their commercial customers. This program was designed to free them from the hours of time their pencil and paper process took them to determine how much dough needed to be baked each day. The program kept track of customers orders and recipes. It would print out the exact quantities needed to mix each batch of bread, the shapes to be made and the delivery invoices showing who gets what.
This application was built using VB.NET, SQL Server and Crystal Reports.

This is the print preview for a recipe. The program calculates how much dough is required for a day's baking and lists the weights of each ingredient needed.
